The volunteers at Eagle Rock Camp are an integral part of our program. Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help our military families reconnect. Please complete the following application in its entirety. You will be contacted by an Eagle Rock Camp staff member.

By Submitting This Form, You Agree to the Following:

• I certify that the information in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
• I give consent that my current employer and persons given as references may respond to either a verbal or written request for further information from Eagle Rock Camp.
• I give my permission for Eagle Rock Camp to conduct a background check.
• I agree to refer any inquiries regarding Eagle Rock Camp, it’s programs, participants, sponsors or donors to the Executive Director or staff of Eagle Rock Camp.
• I understand that my application and all information provided and discovered will be held in strict confidence by Eagle Rock Camp and will not be released to any outside party without applicant’s written consent.
• I understand that my attendance is mandatory at Orientation on the First Day. If I cannot attend, then I will be rescheduled to another retreat.
• Whenever possible, I agree to attend the End of Retreat DeBrief in person. If I am unable to attend, I will participate via phone on a later date.
